Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed paper and stretched canvas options), which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will not be covered by the business and charged to the customer. Once a return is received and found without damage your refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces or custom products (such as commissions), framed canvas prints, and letters. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on subscription-based material. You can cancel the subscription any time you want.
EXCHANGES
For some unfortunate reason if you don’t like the rolled print you can always apply for an exchange, it should be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags and its original packing. You’ll also need to keep the proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
