This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://navneet-rai.com/termsofuse.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing a subscription or our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us and subscription deliveries on orders.

WHAT IS MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $10,000.

PRINTS

 

Rolled print orders (paper and canvas) typically ship out within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. 

Framed print orders take longer to prepare and usually ship within 25-30 days from the day of order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

We ship original paintings worldwide.

A shipping and packaging invoice will be sent after the purchase of original art pieces within 4 to 5 days

You can request an estimate before purchase by sending the size of the piece and full address to [WORK EMAIL].

*All original paintings are final so we do recommend getting an estimate beforehand.

 

LETTERS

We offer the Letter service as a primary part of our PREMIER membership plan. We ship the Letters and other free amenities with it on a monthly basis.

You will start getting letters after 3 weeks to 4 weeks depending on your location.

You will get a tracking notification from our side to your registered email address.

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at [WORK EMAIL] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
